1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply when you visit the NexoToken website, register or manage an account, use model interfaces, or use related platform functions. Registering an account, adding funds, or continuing to use the service means that you have read and accepted these terms; stop using the relevant service if you do not agree.

2. Service scope

The platform provides model interface access, account and key management, usage records, billing displays, and supporting resources. Available models, functions, prices, and limits may change with resources and compliance requirements; check signed-in live pages and interface responses for current information.

3. Accounts and security

Provide lawful, accurate, and necessary registration information. Protect passwords, API keys, and other credentials, and do not transfer an account or permit unauthorized access. 4. Billing, top-ups, and refunds
